Types of payment accepted

• Cash, personal check or major credit cards are accepted
   
• Payment is due at the time of service

Cancelled or missed appointments

• If you need to make a change to your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice so that we may offer your appointment time to someone else. 

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the appointment if we are unable to fill the opening. 

• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. The fee will also be waived if we are able to fill the opening left by a late cancellation.  

• Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Late arrival

In fairness to other clients, the length of the appointment will not be adjusted for clients arriving late. The session will end at the time originally scheduled.
